Our Instructors
Lisa Dandy
Based in Donabate, Lisa has a wealth of experience. Qualified as a BHSAI Instructor with the British Horse Society and is an accredited Horse Sport Ireland Level 1 coach.

Lisa has extensive experience working with disabilities, both in equestrian industry and in the community. Qualified as a Therapeutic Riding coach. She also coaches a team for the Special Olympics.

Lisa has freelance instructed at many Equestrian Centres in Dublin, Wicklow and Meath since 2001.

Henry Smith
Henry has been involved with horses for over 60 years. He started off in Pony club at 6 years of age. He has hunted since the age of 8.

Henry is following in his father and mother's footsteps Lancelot & Stella Smith who were Master of Hounds for 40 odd years, with numerous packs.
​
The Tara Harriers have been in the Briscoe family for 100 odd years. Henry's uncle George Briscoe was the longest Master in Ireland. Stella is George's sister.
​
Henry is Master of the Tara Harriers for the past 30 years, and Huntsman for the last 12 years. Henry has done everything from Showjumping, Cross country, Hunt Chase and Hunter Trialing.
